USA Orders:
Our Jewelry items are created in St Petersburg, Florida.
We offer free shipping on all orders with USPS Priority Mail and DHL.
Our products are custom made and our current lead time is 2-5 business days for production before shipping. Once shipped, we will email you your tracking number. We offer free shipping with a minimum $100 order (before taxes and shipping).
Shipping times may be impacted by many factors including the exact location of the delivery address, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
International Shipping:
EU & UK Orders:
Our Jewelry items are created in Amsterdam, Holland.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
If your order is something featured on our website, your order will be processed within 5 days. Once shipped, please allow another 2-5 business days. Items with extra personalization requirements may take a few days longer.
Tracking Your Order
If you have not received your order tracking email please check your spam folder in the first instance. If you cannot locate the tracking email please contact us at bydesignbijou@gmail.com. Please include your order number and shipping address.
Please be aware that recently due to COVID we have been experiencing periodic disruptions in shipping networks and the supply chain that have caused delays in production and shipping times. Under these circumstances it is much more difficult to make accurate projections of delivery times.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we become aware of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will make every effort to contact you via email or telephone.
All other Countries:
All other countries are charged a $15 supplement at checkout. Other country International Shipping transit times are between 10-15 business days.
Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.
Custom Fees & Taxes
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.
If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient. Bijou By Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
